discrimination at its finest. They pick and choose who they want to see or offer their services too. I was placed on hold EVERY-TIME I asked a question, as if she needed clarity but the questions were pretty straight forward and simple...asked for a direct number for the office manager to see if certain rules were set in stone, rep couldn’t provide it but told me to go get seen next door @ another facility. Welcome to America!

Michelle Breen is the best. She doesn’t rush you at all and answers questions that you have. I can’t stand to be rushed and then forget to ask questions you have as a result of it. She and all of the staff are very caring. Calm environment. They do everything they can to explain things and make you comfortable. I will be going to Michelle for as long as she is in practice. If you’re looking for somewhere to go to feel safe and cared for and comfortable, this is it. My previous doctor (at a different practice) was a nightmare and I’m so happy to have found someone that cares about their patients being comfortable and cared for.

Dr. Conaster has been a wonderful OB for me during my first pregnancy. He and the staff have answered every question I have without rushing me or making me feel like a number. I have general anxiety and he always makes a point to ask how I'm dealing with it since I cannot take the medication I was on while pregnant. His bedside manner is great and I'm so happy my good friend recommended the entire practice. If you're looking for an OBGYN I highly recommend Dr. Conaster and the NSNP practice.

Check in was very easy, and I didn’t have to wait very long. I’m new to Atlanta, and I was past due for my annual exam. I saw Gardner, and I didn’t have the best experience. On my medical history, I put that my grandmother had uterine cancer at 25 and my mom had ovarian cancer at 40. When discussing my family history she said, “I have NEVER heard of anyone that young having uterine cancer. Never.” She seemed to doubt my family history (I suppose I have some pretty terrible genes). I called my grandmother afterwards to make sure I wasn’t mistaken, and she confirmed that she had uterine cancer at 25 and had to undergo a complete hysterectomy. Gardner also refused to refill my birth control because my blood pressure reading was high. It’s always high when I visit the doctor due to some anxiety. She told me to monitor my blood pressure for a week or so and send in the readings and she would decide what my best option for birth control would be. Never experienced that from my previous OBGYN. Don’t know that I’ll be back, but I will definitely request a different physician if so.
