They send you a confirmation of estimate, appointment times, give you a text as they’re on their way, billing is easy through email with a link to a secure online portal for credit card or check payment. My husband and I got a few quotes to remove the trees in our backyard and Northside Tree Professionals were the most reasonable. The showed up on time and had all five trees down before noon and then came back the next morning to remove the stumps. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking to remove trees.
I have a small house in a small yard with 10 or so 80ft pines. One had developed a lean and a crack at the base. The quote was timely, thorough, and the lower end of the market rate. The crew was extremely skilled, efficient, and thorough with what was a very tricky job, based on the height of the tree and the size of the yard. They cleaned up well after the job. The only downside was turnaround was a month or so. (I can't blame a good company for being busy.) They communicated this clearly at the estimate. Quoting was transparent and billing was easy through their web portal.
Northside Tree Professionals were fantastic. The quote process was great and informative. They were able to talk us through why they believed we could keep the tree, only pruning risky limbs, instead of removing the entire tree. When we decided to engage them (came down to the fact they could schedule us in the time that worked with us), they were prompt in their reply. The pruning was seamless and removed not just the limbs that were a risk to our house, but limbs that were reducing the overall health of the tree. The crew on site also gave us some tips of things to watch for in the future. There was a hold up with the crew and a delay in informing us of this. However, after reaching out to the project manager, we received a quick reply, the crew still arrived, and fully completed the project to the highest quality. If we need to have any tree services in the future, we will be coming back to Northside.
They where great through the entire process of getting the quote all the way through cleaning up the street before they left. I will recommend this company to all my friends and family because of this experience. They showed up on time and communicated well. We even had one trees there were very close to our fence and they were able to remove them without any damage.
