Upon entering the building, I was greeted professionally by the receptionist. She was a little rough around the edges. I asked her a simple question about the difference between one lab test versus the other. Me, I'm expecting details on each lab, but instead she a little taint of smirkiness and just gave me the names of each. It was Friday and I made my own decision because I simply did not want to go there. The young man who actually took me through my lab process was super duper nice!! I had no questions because he covered everything which is the way it should be. The employees in the front of the office were rather loud, but I chalked it up to it being Friday and they were happy to be off for the weekend. Oh well.

Staff was very nice. I forgot his name, but his hair was in a mohawk style... He went above & beyond to make sure the restroom was clean before I went in.

I had a great experience taking my DOT random drug test. In & out fairly quick. The employees seemed nice. Ms. Pleas administered my test, she was sweet, no attitude.
