Today's maintenance service by Antonio was equally as professional, thorough and friendly as every other service visit I have had from O'Callaghan. A 5 star company and staff. I have been a loyal customer for 35 years, and wouldn’t use any other company. From consultation and installation through repair and maintenance they have done it all. I highly recommend their maintenance plan - they have always come the same day for all needed repair services - summer or winter - and I have never had an issue with their performance .... for 35 years!!! Also like that they typically send the same repairman who has my history and knows my systems (I have 4) so I don’t spend time explaining. If I could give O’Callaghan 10 stars I would!!!!!

The technician, Antonio, was so on top of things, from the moment he arrived. He was personable and professional, listened carefully, offered suggestions when things weren't coming together (My Nest Thermostat won't connect with the wi fi in the house, suddenly), got the unit going and also pointed out some maintenance items that needed to be done. An hour later I was up and running and caught up on maintenance.

Our heat went out on Christmas Eve morning, when it was projected to be as low as 30 degrees Fahrenheit in the evening. I called O'Callaghan's at 9:30 AM and they were here at noon. They fixed the problem in 30 minutes and left. The service man was very professional, clean, and careful. He showed me the problem so if it happened again I could resolve it. I did not expect such good service, especially on Christmas Eve when everyone has family to be with. Absolutely would recommend them and will definitely use them again.'
