Save yourself time and do not even think about going to any of their locations. They will not keep their promise of getting the job done or getting the job done in time. Instead, they will blame you for the delay and talk to you rudely when you are upset about their mistakes. I ended up getting my Macbook back without getting any job done when it was 4 days past the promised date. Think why all the Apple store reservations are always full when you can easily hold a spot with Onyx. People dont go here for a reason.
