The best dentist.I had to extract two wisdom teeth and a molar in October and I had severe anxiety because of other issues.I was way too scared to remove my teeth because everywhere I saw scary reviews,I was kind a lost.Then I found this denistry.What other patients said about Dr.Andrew is true.He has highest level of patience,no matter how many times I asked him questions he never got angry,he has magic in his hand,I felt no pain.Three teeth were removed but I took only one tylenol.I think I should give this review because other people's reviews helped me and my review will help others when they are in trouble.If you are worried about wisdom or molar teeth extraction like I was simply don't think twice to go to Dr.Andrew,you will feel no pain.I must mention his nurse Carlos who is experienced and very much caring and knowledgable.

This place is great. Very accommodating. Staff is very helpful and friendly (Sharon and Carlos, THANK YOU!). Clean office, all new equipment. Worked with my insurance great. Dr. Shessel removed all four of my wisdom teeth. I had NO PAIN afterward. Considering all the stories of people going through pain, I had none! I would recommend anyone to get that procedure done there. I asked to use IV sedation for removal (although not necessary, personal reasons) they had no quarrels with proceeding. I had previous heart problems and they took precautions to ensure I was safe using IV sedation. We contacted my heart doctor and it was clear to go! Smooth sailing from there on out. If I need any more work done, I'll be coming back.

You will never find a more qualified or caring surgeon in Atlanta. I was terribly anxious and am so grateful that I found Dr. Aiken. He is a calm, compassionate, informative, professional, and skilled surgeon. All of his staff are warm and helpful. A few things that stood out that I will remember long after my visit: Dr. Aiken's introduction by his first name, offering music to distract me from the procedure, fully discussing anesthesia, fully explaining each step as he worked, and asking repeatedly if I was comfortable or in any pain during the procedure. I hope I have many opportunities to recommend Dr. Aiken and his staff. Thank you for such a positive experience.

Wow! My experience here couldn’t have been better. I waited for maybe 5 minutes at the most before getting called back for a consultation with Dr. Aiken. He is extremely kind, with great bedside manner. He will educate you and provide you with options so that you can choose what works best for you. He will explain exactly what’s going on and what needs to be done in order to resolve the issue. They’re very upfront about their prices. Someone will meet with you after your consultation to discuss your payment, whether insurance can cover it, how to file your medical claim, and what exactly you will be paying for. HIGHLY recommend this guy!

Dr. Aiken took great care of my 20 year old son when his wisdom teeth were extracted. It was quick and comfortable in the office and his recovery has been pretty easy compared with his older siblings. We are happy with Andrew Aiken M.D. and his staff and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
