Won't fix my heat it been over 4 days and its over 80 degrees outside. Then they leave this inside my unit making it even worst

I recently discovered that I’m battling an illness, I have family that lives near the Vinings so therefore I had to move. On my search I came across these apartments and I was SHOCKED how beautiful these apartments are for the price compared to the surrounding options. I was blessed with the opportunity to work with Ajai, she gave spectacular service! She treated me with so much respect always trying to make sure i received everything I wanted and needed with professional, personable and knowledgeable service.

I applied to this apartment complex back in the end of summer. I got approved for the apartment. A few days later they tell me the unit is no longer available but there are two other units available. I ended up not finalizing on other and asked for my application fee back (200), but they refused to return it.

Nice neighborhood, and setup however, I’ve been here a little over a month and needed maintenance the first day I moved in, noted it on the move-in inspection and called the front office numerous times and one of my request is hazardous to my 2 year old, the other is plumbing in both bathrooms. If you choose to move here please consider your handy skills. If you do not have the ability to be handy I HIGHLY recommend you finding another place to stay because this is not the place for you. I’m considering calling and hiring a professional, hopefully Paces Ridge will deduct what I pay the professional from my rent being that they are not compliant with their 72 hour policy per the front desk staff. Beautiful location, quiet but the walls are thin. If maintenance request were answered I’d give it more stars.
