I’m not going to lie the first pad that I booked and moved into is horrible. The host didn’t seem to care to respond to any of my messages. None of the appliances worked and the room that I booked and paid for was occupied. By another pad split member. Real slumlord type vibes. The reason why I keep my faith in pad split is because of their customer service reps. Very quick to respond to each message and rather understanding of your situation. They work with you to resolve any issues you are having. Jeremy and his co workers exceeded my expectations and time to being transferred into a new pad. They were with me every step of the way and made sure to make it a point that everything will be ok. Also that the other pad was unacceptable and I didn’t have to stay in there if I didn’t want to. I could be refunded or transferred to another pad. Pad split is a great company with an awesome team.

Padsplit - Has simply figured it out. How does one find simple, clean, safe & affordable housing? In short, if you want the luxury of living in a house w/o the expense - look NO further. No GA power, trash cost, water bill, renters insurance, yard maintenance & etc. Just rent for what you use. What do I mean? Former/existing home owners understand that we REALLY only use a 1/3 of the house, same can also apply to an apartment. All the luxury of a home w/o the UNnecessary cost. They've figured it out & I like it!! If there is a negative, its sharing with others you don't know. I find it fascinating & with time a certain amount of camaraderie ensues & you are apart of a......family that looks out for one another. Nice.

Becoming a padsplit member was an easy process. The rooms are affordable and where I choose to live is perfect for me. The only problem I have is you don't really know the size of the room. My first didn't come with a closet but I was able to switch. All in all it's okay for the money.

My experience at Padsplit was life changing.I Decorated my room to my comfort. Clean and warm Environment. The bus stop was close to the house. After staying there for a year I was able to get a car . I felt safe living with people who also worked. We even spent holidays together. I appreciate Padsplit for offering me a place to stay after a difficult time in my life.

The best "rooming house" company out here. Completely legit and professional. Actually affordable. If you're going to have to room with others at the moment this is by far the best way to go. Really can't beat it

I have been here about a year, moved in last I think August, If you are a responsible adult and follow the rules ,you will be allowed to stay, if you pay on time your credit score will go up,they report to the credit bureau,they do have RULES poasted follow them , you going to have some people who just don't care about nothing , rules or any body,you pay you stay,they give you all kinds of chances to make it work out, this is my position on PADSPLIT.

I've called 3x and they never return phone calls, answer the phone and even when they make an appointment they don't even call you back. Horrible customer service. Im glad I was unable to list my property with them. Clientele is probably worse. No thanks.
