Dr. Randolph was very warm, understanding and sincere. He wasn't even the doctor we were scheduled to see but he welcomed us, apologized for our delay in being seen, answered all of our questions and just overall put us at ease when he didn't have to. I really appreciate that and it speaks volumes about his character. We ran into him in the cafeteria and he still remembered us by face. Thank you Dr. Patterson.
