Spend the extra money and rent with someone else. This company goes out of that way to charge you for miscellaneous stuff and will charge your account well after your rental date without your knowledge. The car I got had damage from the previous driver and I was charged, although I let them know about that damages. They DO NOT INSPECT THEIR VEHICLES!!!! And If you don’t you will be left with that charges. Customer service was not helpful at all and quick to place the charges on my account!! Do yourself a favor and go with a more reputable company. I did not get the vehicle I selected and also for that price I ended up being charged should have had a luxury rental! Don’t do it don’t do it don’t do it!!!! You will regret it! I promise you! And had I read the reviews to begin with I would have saved myself the hassle!!!!!

Absolute worst this company is rude to its customers and the ten people in line & I just witnessed two people cut in line. On top of that the service agents are just RUDE and overprice from poor serviced and managed cars. Just terrible

One of the absolute worst experiences I have ever had renting a vehicle. I traveled in from California to Atlanta had my reservation and booking confirmed before I made trip 2 months in advance. I arrived at the Atlanta airport location after plane landed at 7:30pm. I was shuttled over to the car rental location and there wasn't a agent in sight for 20 minutes. This is very important because the location closes at 9pm and I needed the rental to continue traveling. So I called the customer service number and was told that they did not have any more vehicles available and there wasn't anything they could do. This enraged me so much that I couldn't even talk. I explained my situation that I had travelled from California to Atlanta and I couldn't wait until the morning to receive a vehicle. He then called\sister\ companies and they were out of vehicles as well. Again the agent wasn't knowledgeable about helping guest and accommodating my situation. I told him my hotel was already booked (hour south of Atlanta) and I couldn't check into my hotel room as a result of the inconvenience of not having a vehicle to rent. I asked did they offered vouchers or anything that would allow me to make my other reservations. This is where he made me see red!!! He said I have helped you as much as I can, I've called other companies and they are out of vehicles and sorry you cannot make your hotel reservation and vehicles won't be ready until after 3pm the next day. Mind you I'm stuck at Atlanta airport!

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!!!!!I rented a car from the location at 2200 Rental Car Center Pkwy, Atlanta, GA 30337 on July 3rd 2020 and dropped off on July 5th 2020. As stated in my reservation. I was advised the total amount would be 363.44 but I was overcharged nearly 600.00.They stated I had the car 6 days even though I only had it two days. I purchased a 3day parking pass to leave my car there at the airport parking lot. And then the day I returned the rental, I purchased an additional 1hr parking pass to transport my belongings from the rental to my personal vehicle. I then walked into the location and handed the keys over to a gentleman in his late 20's with dreads representative on the evening of July 5th. I have been going back and forth with them since July. They have proof of me entering the airport in the rental. And leaving in my vehicle. They clearly didn't enter the information into the system correct before handing the keys over to someone else. They should be able to see me coming in and leaving. Also they should see who dropped the vehicle off a few days later. Which clearly wasn't me. This has been beyond stressful to say the least! I have reached out to your customer service department numerous times. Each time I was told they would look into it.
