Absolutely outrageous!!! The guys at the parts pick up counter don't do their job ! I am a business owner and I can tell you if this would happen in my store they would be fired immediately! The parts counter guys are very knowledgeable and do great work to find your parts. It's all undone when you go behind to pick up counter and you get see a couple of clueless guys just dragging their feet. Get ready to wait some time there. Also, you might want to check the counter. They will bring your part put it on the counter and leave without saying anything! When I asked if that was my part and that I don't have all day to wait they took it and went back to the warehouse. What?? I left. I did not purchase the part and I will not buy from this place until you get your workers trained. This is not bad customer service - this is LACK of customer service!
