Don't know what's going on with Penske service but it's really gone down in cesspool, don't think I'll be bringing my truck here again. Two bungy cords holding APU together after they serviced it.
Fast, easy and convenient location. Was in an out in ten minutes. Returned after hours, but without any problems. Location is ten minutes from the house. The experience was great!!
Saturday a.m. truck rental was easy. Truck was clean with cold a/c and smooth running engine. Penske representative named Precious provided exceptional customer service. Will return to this location.
They never send you down the road in junk trucks like u-haul ..they only have newer equipment in great shape check them out
