A prime example of why there should be a zero star review. Rarely will your load be ready if you have a drop and hook. Expect extremely long waits if you have a live load. And even if by some miracle they actually have your load ready on time. If you get to the security checkout at shift change it can be up to a half an hour wait because the previous shift leaves a half an hour before the incoming shift has to start. By FAR the most poorly run of all the PepsiCo facilities currently in operation.

Faster than lightning to unload me, was nervous due to some of the negative reviews but I wish all receivers were this efficient. Like the one reviewer said, for Quaker Oats go into the Pepsi Co entrance. First entrance on left as you turn into Westgate. Do not pass, to turn around is a pain. Looks like auto only entrance but go to the guard gate, it's the entrance. Stay safe out there.
Waited 4 hours to get loaded. Then scaled the truck, of course I’m over weight. Go back and currently been been waiting for more than 2 hours for them to take 1 pallet off. Lady at the guard shack is a pos typ parking after going through the gate is a joke, the line to get checked in/out is ridiculously inefficient. Don’t know why any company does business with this place. Literally wasted 10hrs here. Oh and make sure you are exactly on time for your appointment.
Nice place to deliver load
Great place to unload. Was on time for my 5pm appt Guards are friendly and all other staff as well. Treat others with respect you will get treated the same. Unloaded very quickly for a place this size. 1 hour for everything!
