PT Crystal Young absolutely deserves 5 stars. I've been a return patient for issues dealing with both of my knees. She puts you to work in a good way and is encouraging, points out where you can have better form. I haven't had any issues with the office or billing.

I recently was in need of physical therapy and was referred to Physio. It turned out to be one of the best decisions ever to go. Not only are the therapy session of high quality, the knowledge that I have gain on preventive treatment and exercises will be key in keeping healthy in the future. I would highly recommend Physio to anyone who is looking for excellent treatment and quality customer service!

Crystal is very knowledgeable and professional. She takes the time to focus on the specific details necessary to bring the best results. I'm glad I've chosen to get my rehab for such a serious injury, from this Executive Park location. Crystal is helping me to learn to walk again.

Very impressed with both Jenn and Michael whom I’ve had the pleasure to work with for the past month. They listen to me when I can push myself harder and definitely HEAR me when it’s a rough day!! Great facility

Jennifer is the best Physical Therapist I have ever had... and I have had quite a few. Background - I damaged my ankle playing basketball with my stepson... on my our driveway, in front of my own house. I twist my ankle a lot, and thought I could just walk it off... I thought wrong and I went to my doctor. He wanted me to try PT before getting an MRI, so I went to see Jennifer for the first time. She understood what was going on and we worked together to see if therapy would help... when it became evident that it wouldn't, she worked with my Dr about getting the MRI. 2 ligament tears and 2 tendon tears. Surgery was going to be needed. Jennifer kept in touch with me until my surgery and I could come back and work on healing up. She is patient and listens to everything you have to say. She is intuitive and knowledgeable. I love her. She is about quality over quantity in her care and it really shows. It is so much more than just a motto to her.
