Literally the worst hospital and staff! I’m sitting in the ER crying because I am scared. I told the nurse that I was pregnant but she disregarded any than other than getting me in a hospital gown and sticking a needle in my arm. The Nurse Cynthia took it as me crying to myself as not following directions. She forced me into my gown and told me she was cleaning my skin she said “don’t push my hand away as I was tense”. I cannot believe how I was treated and belittled. I will never visit this hospital again. I wanted to give this place zero stars however that’s not an option. I would advise another hospital who’s nurses want to be at work instead worrying about how many people they can get in and out because they are “busy” as Cynthia noted. The doctor and customer experience nurse was fine. However, nurse Cynthia did not take the due care of checking on me because I was scared she was @just doing her job”. Worst experience ever.

I went to Piedmont Emergency Atlanta, Peachtree street on Monday 21st 2020. I complained about chest pain, dizziness and faintness. A nurse took me in immediately to give me a EKG. The nurse said I have not had a heart attack and placed me in the waiting room. I told that same nurse that I had have open heart bypass surgery in the past. Piedmont Hospital did not hook a monitor up to just in case I would have an heart attack even that they know for a fact I have a history in Piedmont Hospital of this. I am a 58 year old male with a history of this at Piedmont Hospital. So I waited 40 minutes before I was called to a bed in the emergency room. Now this is for real. CAN YOU BELIEVE THEY PLACED ME IN THIS ROOM KNOWING I HAD A HISTORY OF THIS. CLOSED THE DOOR FOR 30 MINUTES WITHOUT HEART EQUIPMENT HOOKED UP. Finally a nurse shows up. I question this nurse about it. And the nurse agrees with me and tells me that he will find out were the break down was. I WOULD NOT GO TO THIS ER WITH A HISTORY OF HEART PROBLEMS OR POTENTIAL HEART ATTACK. YOU MAY DIE AT ATLANTA PIEDMONT HOSPITAL. WITH NO RECOARSE FOR YOUR FAMILY BECAUSE THEY LEFT YOU ALONE IN A ROOM WITH NOTHING FOR 30 MINUTES. I HAVE VALID INSURANCE AND ALWAYS PAID MY BILLS. MY GOD. OOH MY GOD.

I never write reviews but I just have to. I had a WONDERFUL experience here at this hospital. I came I’m about 6 am I just knew I was going to be I all day long I was out by 8am!!! I’ve never been in and out of a ER that fast! Not only that the ENTIRE staff was extremely nice and patient with me. I went in because I’ve been feeling extremely dizzy, aches and pains through my body along with fast heart rate and weak legs. They took me straight to the back after registration and did EKG test, x-ray, and cat scan, along with blood work. Turns out I’m perfectly healthy and I’m suffering from physical anxiety, the extra clarity is good so now I can focus on praying to get through this issue. I would definitely recommend going to this ER.

Whenever we come the staff is always wonderful. The Doctors are great and the nurses are too. I would travel across town to get to this hospital whenever I'm not feeling good!
