I was called two hours before my appointment to let me know I could come a little early, since they were running ahead of schedule. So nice! The sign in process was super easy, and we waited less than 10 minutes for our appointment. The doctor was great! The appointment was quick and informative. Thank you!

I needed immediate attention because of an infection in my left eye. They quickly accommodated me while walking me through the administrative process. I was seen by and doctor, who addressed my concern and gave me the appropriate prescription to remedy the situation. Professional and courteous staff.

The wait time to see a provider is than 10 minutes after I completed my registration. I rather sit in my car than wait the waiting room. Staff were prompt and courteous. Test results for Covid and Flu less than 30 minutes.

This would be a more pleasant place to come if the front office staff would be more welcoming and professional. After seeing the clinical staff, they recover the visit experience. I completely understand COVID precautions in the workplace and the essentiality of the profession. But professionalism and patient privacy should not be compromised. 1. Asking patients why they are there..... that’s obvious 2. Asking patients what they are wanting to see a doctor for ....in a lobby is unacceptable! Allow the person to approach the plexiglass to communicate. 3. Inform you patients if the QR code for contactless checkin is not loading to turn off their WIFI and use data! Respect the patients and money that funds your business . People do have choices and from the reviews many have elected other choices. ( loss revenue)

Quick in and out for a COVID test, checked me over to make sure it wasn't flu or something else, results on the app in 15 minutes.
