Really unfriendly front desk, no care for patients. The sign in process for covid testing was unnecessarily convoluted. You fill out all your information online before arrival and then the y ask to fill it all out again from your phone when you get there. The least friendly and efficient service if you are looking for covid testing. Avoid!

Misleading name ... very little sense of urgency here. Would have never expected a place doing covid testing wouldn’t do some dusting around the ventilation.

Dr. Harris and the staff at this Clinic are very professional, courteous and genuinely concerned about my well-being. I so appreciate their efforts to help with any and all health issues. High Praise and Thank you!

Piedmont Urgent Care exceeded my expectations! Their COVID protocols were pristine, and they were very efficient. The doctor and nurse were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back!

They have incredibly poor process design from a safety perspective for COVID-19 testing. Even if you do a Virtual Visit in advance, you still have to go inside to check-in (they don’t answer their phones so you cannot circumvent this by calling). They are also routinely uncertain whether your appointment is for a curbside test or in-clinic evaluation which extends the amount of time you have to stand inside, sometimes in close proximity to others since they do not enforce social distancing among patients. I’ve been here three times because there are no other rapid, outdoor testing locations in my area. If I had any other option I would not go here again.
