Less than one star. If they spent half the energy that they did trying to do as little as humanly possible, on trying to get trailers loaded and out the door, they would be doing alright. Plan on being here for a VERY long time. Unless you have a drop and hook, I honestly feel terrible for you. If anyone from plastipak is reading this and feels salty......facts don't care about your feelings. DO BETTER

The problem with the place is managment. Brian is over stressed because the logististics manager, Craig is really just a bad leader. They refuse to hire any new help, choosing to hire temps instead. Of which all the good ones leave when they arent hired. I worked there for a period and have known brian personally for years. Worst place i've ever worked in my life.
The reviews are correct. These people treat driver's with distain.
Loaded Sunday in and out less than hour , I think a lot of these reviews bout long wait times is bots
