I have had an amazing experience with my dry cleaning throw pillows, clothing and alterations! I don’t know another dry cleaners that is as service oriented as Prisstine. In fact, I don’t know another cleaners in town that has Sunday hours to accommodate their very busy clientele. Kudos to all the staff who make this place so stellar!

I had been a customer for 7 yrs, but will never go back. Motorized rack used to store cleaned items is flawed and will create grease marks on your shirts right below the center of collar on back of shirt. The owner Young admits a problem, but the solution was that I should pick my shirts up quicker or else its likely to happen every time. I regularly pick them up within 3 days of drop off. They ruined 15 plus shirts that were new. If u go here, check your shirts and I guarantee you'll see the same issue. The moving rack they have inside is old and they refuse to clean it. Even the staff admits there are shirts covered in grease throughout the shop in the same place on back of shirt below collar. For as much as this location charges, I would expect much better quality and customer service. Young, the owner, wouldn't even take the time to call me when I first noticed the problem and brought the shirts back. Don't waste your money on this place.
