Donna, went above and beyond to satisfy customer service. The communication was on point and every time I called she picked up. I am so late writing this. But here is the truth about Atlanta Processors. They are excellent and got the job done. They helped me serve my ex from afar. Thank you for your going above and beyond.
Not very good with communication. I have asked repeatedly for updates and awaited response from simple email questions. Sometimes I have been sent info concerning the wrong client. Granted, I did ask for changes in who to serve and where, but the other process servers I hired in two other states for the same case were finished and communicated much better. Use your judgment with this company.
Recommended their services to a friend after reading the reviews. Needless to say I think the reviews are made up. Representative has been extremely unprofessional in handling the serving of his documents. Rep is very incompetent and expects to be spoon fed the persons whereabouts to deliver the documents. My friend has called multiple times to express his spouse is home and he is not sure of her schedule but rep refused to serve documents now stating she doesn’t have time. However, when he inquired about the services rep stated they will come out when he lets them know his ex-spouse is home. Overall, it’s not worth the extra charge if they are going to take just as long as the sheriffs office and expect to be spoon fed their jobs. And now she has stopped answering his calls! Unprofessional, incompetent and not worth it!
