I am the Executive Director of CURE Childhood Cancer. We started working with Providyn in 2014 and have had a very positive experience from day one. The Providyn team handling the help desk is amazing. They are always extremely responsive, promptly handling any and all of our IT issues. The engineers are professional and friendly - and never make our staff feel dumb (we are not IT savvy!). The leadership has been fantastic, too, conducting annual reviews with recommendations for upgrades, priorities, etc. They understand our budgetary constraints and guide us to resources for nonprofits and help us prioritize when we can't tackle everything at once.
