Scott, the technician, is very knowledgeable and courteous. He offered a couple of great suggestions that we will be implementing without any sales pressure. . He even apologized for being early. Are you kidding? Who does that? PV Heating & Air is now the HVAC company we will use. I was extremely impressed with the entire company- from setting the appointment through the actual service. I highly recommend PV.

We did a total overhaul of our HVAC system (42 years), attic air-ducts and insulation, and water heater. The overhaul included removal of old duct, plenum, insulation, complete HVAC unit replacement and new cellulose insulation and new water heater. After review of different suppliers and multiple rounds of discussion we decided for PV Heating and Air. Our decision was not made on cost, we felt comfortable with Jason and his team's level of knowledge and professional methodology to explaining the system and different steps for executing the job. As an engineer myself, I could related to the study perform by PV to size the system and the value of such. The equipment selected (Trane) and the approach to maximizing the efficiency of the new system was first class. We actually ended with a lower tonnage unit than the original GE system (42 years old) The execution of the job went extremely well, PV's employees were timely, very professional and courteous. It was a pleasure to work with all of them. I would highly recommend PV to anyone considering HVAC replacement and water heater.
Great company! Always friendly and cordial; upfront with any repairs with accurate cost estimates. They installed the system on mail level of my house in 2019. They also did some repairs to my upstairs unit due to incompetence of original installer. They will always have my business!
PV Heating and Air did a great job installing a new mini-split for me and removing some old, damaged ductwork. They were so professional, knowledgeable and reasonable that I will be using them for all of my hvac needs. I only wish they did plumbing too!
