This will be my first at the office the receptionist who failed to greet was very short and rude. I expected better customer service. There are 3 ladies seated behind the desk. The receptionist with the natural low cut hair pulled to back is down right rude. The office fails to answer the the phone knowing this is a new location. I am very disappointed with my visit thus far hopefully the doctor will be better with making me feel welcomed. This one of the reason why some Afician an American prefer white Americans for health care provider and services.

I have reactive arthritis and have been a patient for over 15 years. Dr. Singh and his team have been terrific. Chronic episodes of very painful inflammation disappeared. He is a great listener, very empathetic, and simply a superb doc!

Dr. Singh and his staff are excellent. His PA, Magdalena is excellent too. I have had RA and they are really helping me manage it well. They all always go above and beyond in order to give great patient care.

I was given up on. I was fat shamed. I was written off. A few years later, with Doctors who looked outside the typical drug box..... I'm healthier than I have been since 2006, although not completely pain free - I have learned to navigate the aches without the expensive toxic drugs. The pounds put on by the drugs that I was fat shamed over, started to melt away after coming off all the drugs and starting a diet to combat inflamation. The daily stiffness and swelling has been reduced greatly - but I have to be cautious with what I eat and drink. Without the toxic meds of methotrexate, Embral, antidepressants, prednisone, anti inflammatory, hydrocodone the list is endless - I was able to fight my inflammation through restricting my diet. It isn't and hasn't been a cure all, but it gave me back a quality of life that was taken from me. I was treated for an illness I didn't have - I didn't have RA - I had inflammation they couldn't explain and decided to call it RA. This Dr kept me sick, and added to my symptoms. Drs must look outside their comfort zone for solutions - listen to your patients. If you know without a doubt what your illness is, then go here. If you are seeking solutions go to someone who listens without ego. Dr Singh once said 'maybe I should turn in my license, as I am not helping'..... maybe he should. Or maybe just look into food allergies, look into the original concern I had....breast implants. I told Dr Singh my symptoms started about 6 months after implants from double mastectomy - I asked if the implants were the issue, could they be the issue - both Dr and PA missed the obvious and dismissed my concerns. Follow today's news - I may have been right all along, be your own advocate.
