Me and my husband had a great time purchasing our Jeep Wrangler. Making an appointment was easy. Jennifer was very professional and courteous. Our salesman Mark Brooks and trainee Lamont were very professional, very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and very humorous. They kept us entertained during the whole process. Wow, that's all I can really say. Cole Clark is exceptional. He really seems to generally care. I really felt like he was listening and working to ensure I got the perfect car for me and I felt like the deal we worked out is one that I can happily live with. The whole team was wonderful to work with. They were all very kind to my 4 year old daughter and it really felt like a family friendly place. I would buy a car from them again in a heartbeat.

The service provided was exemplary but I have two complaints that explain my rating. The first is that there is a prominently displayed sign that says \Masks recommended but not required\. We live in Atlanta, the home of the CDC, whose scientists have, for many months recommended masks as the most effective tool we have to prevent the spread of a disease that is well on the way to killing half a million US citizens and destroying our economy. Recently, CDC has recommended double masking. The City of Atlanta mandates masks. This whole issue should have nothing to do with politics. It's a public health measure and businesses who do not mandate masks are asking their customers to risk their lives unnecessarily. Fortunately, during my visit, I did not see anyone unmasked, but I was quite scared because I am in a high risk category. A much more minor complaint is that this is the third time that I've asked the technicians to find the source of a noise that I hear every time I take my car out of my driveway, and also on some speed bumps. It does not seem reasonable that they can never find it.
