Needed to print receipt off after paying lumper, website was not working. Link on phone did not work. I wasted about 5 mins trying to get a receipt so I can be reimbursed for the money I paid for the lumper. Worked a second time but I still won't get the time I wasted back.

The RoadSync staff have been excellent to work with. They have been responsive to our requests in a very timely manner. They have introduced a solution for us to move away from paper fleet checks. This has saved us time at all sites and at a corporate level. It allows for a faster turn around when trying to get drivers in and out of our sites as quickly as we can. The system can be customized for each site and has shown to take minimal time to learn. We look forward to continue to introduce this solution to more sites.

We have recently switched from the old paper version of fleet checks to RoadSync web based solution. This has saved us both time and money as a company. Our employees can now focus more on the driver and less time on the phone getting the fleet check authorized. This solution is very easy to learn and is very customizable. We will be looking at accepting credit through this same system starting in January 2019. This should give our customers more flexibility and different ways to pay for services.

We implemented Road Sync several months ago and it has been a huge success! Saves time for our Shipping and Receiving Crew and for Drivers! No longer a need for paper COM checks and we now have the ability to take credit cards at our window! Easy to use with great support from the Road Sync team! ACH transfer of funds almost immediately so no more trips to the bank to deposit checks!
