I love Room and board and their furnitures. From the quality of their products to the customer services, I feel that they really care about their customers and the product quality. I have sofa, bed, and dining table and small other furnitures too, but plan to have many more when I need other kinds too. Because their customer service is unbeatable, i feel confident that they will take care of my furnitures when there’s an issue but it’s so hard to find any flaw anyway. Their furnitures are beautiful and made to last. Can’t be happier.

Really good furniture from a totally incompetent company. They have no idea what they have in stock or when your delivery might take place. The \in stock\ date you're given at the time you place your order is meaningless. You'll eventually discover that your delivery is many weeks, possibly months, later than what your were told.
