They are terrible. The \good\ reviews are from insiders. Just look at their Yelp reviews where you have to be certified. Not even 2 stars. We have 6 day a week service and have not been picked up since Wed before Thanksgiving. Office folks are just as bad as drivers. No one cares if they get your garbage or not.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Three months into a new agreement and they aren't emptying our dumpster once a week per our agreement. They show up basically once a month. Finally, they call and tell me that they can't afford to do it and will have to charge me 200 more a month if I want to stay in business with them. If not, I should go find another hauler. I cancel in mid-August and they tell me the trash and dumpster will be taken away by September 1. Now it's October and I've been calling every week for the past month trying to get it taken away. They keep saying they'll call me back, but never do. If you try to get in touch with them over the phone, good luck, because they probably only have one customer support rep working there. Literally a garbage company (pun intended).

I would give zero star if possible. Service was very unreliable. Customer service was horrible. After talking to them many times, nothing changed. Had to switch to another provider but still getting bills for services not received. Stay away from them.

Rubicon Global's customer service is great. We had a problem with the lock bar on our trash container, and Trenton quickly contacted our hauler for a repair. We've had ongoing problems with neighbors dumping their trash in our container, and for a week or two, the hauler was unable to get to the dumpster to lift it. Now that we are able to lock the container, we hope the problem is solved. And the area now looks neat and tidy again. Thanks, Trent!
