Ryder sold us a truck that was supposed to be Ryder certified. It took them a month to get the truck from RI. Then when the truck arrived in atl the check engine light was on. Freightliner found 12k worth of repairs. Ryder took truck to Fulton industrial location. Proceeded to lie week after week for months about putting it in shop. Excuse after excuse and then told us pretty much they don't have a facility that can work on it anytime soon. Scott the account manager has strong us along with lie after lie only to tell is the repairs are to much after 3months. We paid cash for this truck 3months ago and have not had the truck on the road a day. Now we are paying thousands for a lawyer after paying cash for the truck and missing almost 3mths of work. Do not waste the time with Ryder. The deal you think you are getting is not worth it because they will not honor the warranty if the repairs are significant. Or the amount of time you lose waiting for them to stop making excuses for months you lose the revenue or even the spot you had because if you can't haul the load somebody else will

Very poor communication! Kept pushing back completion time on preventive maintenance. Going to be three days late! Be prepared to wait!

Bought a truck couple drive it off the lot and next day clutch doesn’t work and they do not cover it under their warranty. Do not buy trucks from here unless you have maintenance money set aside.
