My son has really enjoyed his swim class. The instructor is wonderful. The makeup policy is a bit harsh. They will allow me to makeup 1 class a month, which is fine, but you can't reschedule a makeup class, even if you call back 5 minutes later because you realized you have a conflict. That's a 21 mistake.
