Horrible customer service and constantly try to cancel our subscription because they cannot figure how to properly invoice us which is comical from a accounting software company. They try to bill by credit card and we require a invoice so we can pay in check. They have given us nothing but headaches for years trying to beat it into their heads how we need to be invoiced. It shouldn't be this difficult to update this detail and have it stay without being changed year after year. Be warned with this company when your looking for a accounting software.

Before considering sage as your network(or whatever service) please be aware that they will charge for stuff you didnt even asked for. Then when you call they give the run around even thought they agree they over charge you. No customer service available for this kind of situations. Never received a call to solve problem leaving lots of messages and no response.

I am amazed at the comments made for Sage Support. I recently suffered a catastrophic server event that required the re-installation of the OS and the applications running on it over the Memorial Day weekend holiday. I was unable to get the critical piece of the SAGE software to acknowledge my organizations license count. I tried every trick in the book to get it to work to no avail. I bit the bullet and emailed a Sage contact from 2-3 years ago & figured I might hear something back on Tuesday. Imagine my shock and extreme pleasure to receive an email back within 15 minutes! This person, who was weed whacking her property, took the time to login to the Sage servers, reset the license server & I was up & off to the races! I have experienced none of the complaints written here & have nothing but excellent experiences with the Sage CSR's. Keep up the outstanding support! Thank you from KCC!
