Sam's can be an all day task even when you're picking up a small amount of items. The flow of the staff was on point, professional & very welcoming. Jovita was amazing. You have a good employee there take care of her. Well stocked & clean. I'll make this location my home store! Happy Chef & Partner!

New Corp policy does nothing for the customer. If you uses the flat bed cart to shop you cannot use the self check out you must go to a cashier. The cashier make you load all the small items onto the belt. I has 20 items. 14 had to be put on the belt...after the items are scanned.... The customer must reload the items back on the flat bed. Now that means I have to touch this item 5 times. Once loading on the flat bed when shopping, unload at the register, load at the register, load into the car, unload at home. What is the purpose??? How is this customer service?

I decided to come to this location to see if I can find the mattress and box spring as a result of thethe holiday sales. I had not visited this location before this date and I found that it was sufficiently stocked as I've come to expect from this business. We purchased the mattress and the box spring without any incident after finding the exact one that we were trying to find. The personnel in the store were helpful when contacted for assistance. The cashier checked us out quickly and we were able to get on out of the store.

First time visiting this location and was really pleased. The store was clean and customer service was excellent. Considering it was Christmas eve the store was fully stocked and I was able to find what I needed.
