Sears is now closed. The Building now belongs to Emory Healthcare. They currently do drive thru COVID 19 testing there...BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

We did not have a great experience this time. We were not called in advance of the repairman showing up, as we usually are and as we were told we would be. Then, when I asked what he had done during the repair (so I could explain it to my husband later) I did not get a clear answer in spite of my questions. Then, about 20 minutes after the repairman left, a plastic piece spontaneously fell out of the ice maker! Lastly, one of the issues was not fixed. We are very frustrated. I now need to call again and get someone back out here after waiting a VERY long time for the most recently installed part to be in.

We were able to schedule an appointment within less than 24 hours and the service provider was punctual, professional, and completed the repairs needed. We will be using this service again for any repairs and highly recommend them.

The serviceman was prompt, courteous and effective in finding the problem - an aged, faulty selector switch. Unfortunately, the next time I used the washing machine, the motor seized. Could be coincidence, or not. I hope their 90 day parts and labor warranty helps us. True to their warranty, at no cost, the service man came back and found a loose wire to the motor capacitor that was preventing the motor from agitating. 15 minutes and we were back in business. Good communication with schedulers and with the service man. I'd use them again.

I am told that my repair has been completed on my washing machine , this is not true. I was given the run around around several times. Stating they were coming a certain day and time, but then was \moved\ on the schedule to a different day that again was changed. I have been sick in and out of hospital, and there was no one available to make an appointment for the repair since then. Where is the signed receipt that I signed on completion of work???? I would like to see this??? There was no repair done on my washing machine at my house. WHAT KIND OF RUN Around is this??
