I marked one star, because if not, I can't review it; but I would rather not to put one. We just tried to lease from them. We called them (or chasing them) many times once we were onsite, and after 45 minutes, Jim decided to take the phone. Before going we explained our business (artists) and he was ok with that. After we decided to lease the place, we have to call him many times (again) and email, before getting the refusal from him, and the excuse was the fact that we use paint. Why he couldn't say this before letting us waste our time? I smell it ended up being more personal I guess, because it makes any sense. If I see their sign I won't call them are all.

We leased an office space from them. they are horrible to deal with. run away and do not lease from them if you come across an area with their lease sign (mainly in west atlanta area). issues don't get resolved, and oh yeah, they will keep most of your deposit even if you leave the place in perfect condition and will come with a made up reason such as \tax increase\. and if you sign an office lease contract with them, you are pretty much signing away any rights you have. the one sided contract is there to protect them and not you. so read every word and make sure you change the contract so you can have your basic rights included.
