Our first impressions were that the staff could be nicer and better organized. Our second impression was that amount of dust build up on equipment in a medical facility is unacceptable. These are the reasons I give them a 3/5. The 1/5 comes from the disappearing act the staff has pulled on us. Leading up to and through egg retrieval, there were some communication hiccups (late night calls, last minute instructions, etc.) But now that we have mature eggs ready for implantation, we can't get anyone to answer the phone or return our calls. Should my wife be on birth control or not? Has a calendar for medication leading up to implantation been created?Has the progesterone prescription been written? Do we even need it? Has Shady Grove gone bankrupt and taken our 10's of thousands of dollars with them? There's really no way of knowing. Will update the review if we actually get a baby out of this.

Dr. Best was so amazing to work with. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped put our minds at ease. We were able to get pregnant on our first attempt and anytime I had questions or concerns, she was able to answer them and put my mind at ease. We truly enjoyed her positive attitude and look forward to working with her again in the future.
