Steve has been in business for quite some time, and his vast knowledge and experience with the restaurant business is quite impressive. Steve also has a vast knowledge of the metro Atlanta area and this really helped. I have total confidence in Steve's analysis and recommendations. He is also the most the responsive realtor that I have ever dealt with him. When your money matters, you can count on Steve to get you the best deal.

Steve is reachable near 24/7 and always more than willing to immediately assist with any potential issue to try and bring satisfaction and make a transaction work. The Shumacher Group is absolutely the best in the business! We have worked with Steve Josovitz for many years. He actually sold SIX of our restaurants, which is incredible since I was a restaurant broker as well as one point. To this day, I still send everyone who calls me looking to buy, sell, or even lease a restaurant to Steve and Shumacher Group. They always protected us and helped maintain our confidentiality throughout the process. It can be a very scary thing when your employees find out that you are selling so they no longer have to impress you with their work ethic! They evaluated our financials and were able to sell our restaurants for top dollar, in an ideal time frame. If you are looking to buy, he has the best selection of restaurants, cafes, bars, night clubs, and fully equipped restaurants for lease. He even negotiated huge rent concessions, tenant improvement allowances or build out credits from several different landlords when we were opening our restaurants from scratch. Even the other brokers in town search their site for deals! I believe that there is no other restaurant broker in town who is more knowledgeable and understanding, not only of restaurants, but also of the buying and selling of a business in general. Trust me, you want these pros on your side!

Just can not say enough about Steve and the Shumacher Group! I seriously do not think our project would have happened had Steve not been involved. We had a tough lease negotiation and because Steve was there to mitigate the deal it was a success. We fell in love with the space and are so happy to be opening our second location in the Old Fourth Ward! So many thanks to Steve for being the ultimate professional and for being there for Adolfo and I. So glad to know him and can't wait to partner with him again in the future. He is the best!
