I've worked at SnapNurse since May 2020 and I am so grateful I was hired. This culture is so positive, caring, and so many people have gone out of their way to help me. The company truly cares about your career and where you want to go. As soon as COVID-19 was getting serious, SnapNurse implemented a work-from-home policy. Our health and safety came first, and I felt so lucky our company had the opportunity to make that decision. Since the remote work policy, our CEO, COO have been INCREDIBLE with transparency, being here for us and communicating to us. I feel valued, heard, and my work means something.
Great pay for nurses. If you're looking for PRN in ATL or travel contracts all over the country, do yourself a favor and call one of thier recruiters. I've worked with them for about 1 month now and it's very refreshing to work for a company that actually cares about thier nurses. Many of the owners are previous clinicians themselves so they really understand what nurses want! It's truly a blessing to work for a company with such exponential growth during this pandemic.
