State Home Mortgage is absolutely impossible to get in touch with someone. No one answers the phones even during operating hours. The only good part is u can go online, set up a payment and I can waive a late fee if needed. Especaky during the holidays and having surgery this month, I need all the extra help I can get but their phone customer service is definitely lacking.

This mortgage company is a joke why just why did i have to get them. I hate this company. Hard to get any business done or the simply task of payments online!!
This company is horrible , the staff are very rude and unprofessional when you voice your concerns. They continuously harass you calling upwards to 20 times per month in regards to a payment if not made exactly on the 1st. The communication sucks and representatives take forever to return your phone call. Cannot wait to refinance and go to a more professional company instead of this place. Do not recommend !
Probably one of the WORST companies I’ve ever had to deal with and unfortunately I’ll have to deal with them fit a while. Literally poor reviews for every aspect of this company. I can NEVER get anyone on the phone, the line either rings continuously or cuts off abs hangs up or you go straight to voicemail or in some personal instances they pick up and hang up on me. And when I do finally get someone on the phone, they are SO RUDE. Every single time, it never fails. I so wish I could do away with this company. But my mortgage was sold to them and now I’m stuck. If you have a choice RUN, RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
If you pay late, the automated system hangs up on you no matter what option you choose. Seems purposeful on their part. I do not recommend this mortgage agency. 1/10
