My experience here at Sync West Midtown has been great so far. My transition to the property was unique as I was out of town and trying to move amid the current global pandemic. Ashley made sure I was able to view the apartment and move-in with little hassle. What stands out most to me is the staff's swiftness, flexibility, and engagement when responding to any of my concerns. I love the space and location. There is some slight noise, but I've already made allowance for it since we have wooden floors. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment here in Midtown.

Loved my apartment. Unfortunately I’m moving simply because I can’t afford what I need at the moment but if I could stay here I would. Great maintenance staff. Super fast and friendly. The condition of the apartment felt like I was the first person to live in it. Super clean! Nice location as well. The only reason I can’t do 5 stars is because of the random car break ins. Thank God my car hasn’t personally gotten vandalized but I’ve seen numerous since living here for a year. Parking can get kind of tight on the weekends but overall it’s a great place. I would recommend.
On yesterday 7/1 I visited Sync for a tour and leasing consultant Dwayne Griffin helped both me and my roommate. Although I didn’t choose this place as my home, Dwayne gave the utmost professional, fun, and best tour I’ve ever had. After touring, I locked my keys in my car and Dwayne went above and beyond to help me out. Another resident gave Dwayne a business card for unlocking cars and he gave it to me. All in all everything worked out, I got my car unlocked, Dwayne gave us water while we waited in the sun and he just took overall such care of us and I’m thankful for him and his amazing hospitality!
Great space & amenities! I couldn't ask for better care from the people that work here. Everyone that I've met that lives here are all super friendly too. Excited to make use of the amenities (like the SALTWATER POOL!!!) and make wonderful memories here.
I’ve enjoyed my stay at Sync. Anyone complaining simple is just a Difficult individual. I am an extreme mover and I can honestly say the maintenance staff and Leasing staff at this location is hands-down the best I’ve ever experienced in my apartment history. They are so prompt and always available. I love that about this community. I had a great experience overall, and the Apartment was fly. My only recommendation would be to update the gym I feel like the money that we paid for the apartment we should have way more gym equipment,And the fees for the clubhouse are a little pricey it should be included in the Amenities. Side-note if you don’t like dogs don’t move here at least 80% of the residents have a dog so this is a dog friendly community.
