I received the wrong eye prescription. As always, spend the money to go see a actual eye doctor. I did not get any understanding on my eye from this doctor. She even said it casually that my right eye was a lazy eye but never diagnosed. I thought everything was fine with my eyes, normal. However, I recently went to a doctor and was diagnosed with irregular astigmatism in my right eye that will not be corrected by eye glasses. She never gave me any indication of this but I did notice that the eye glasses she prescribe were always blurry even with my eye glasses. For regular normal routine this may work but always spend the money to see a good doctor.
DO NOT GO HERE 1) They sent the WRONG prescription in for my glasses and spent 3 weeks trying to tell me my eyes \just were adapting\ before finally acknowledging a huge mistake... sending the wrong numbers to the lens maker. 2) They wrongfully diagnosed a dangerously thin retina that put me at risk of losing all vision, so I spent tons of cash to see a real Ophthalmologist... who actually laughed out loud and told me he had no idea what they were talking about. He was personally baffled to the point of contacting them himself with photos of my perfectly fine retinas. 3) I just attempted to get my prior prescription to buy a pair of glasses from somewhere else (go figure!) and they actually refuse to release my own information to me. REAL TIME DEVELOPMENT - now they've called me back to release the prescription after a sudden change of heart. Surely, it was not me telling them I was about to write a full review of my experience with them. My advice: Don't trust this place. My head hurts and it isn't from my eyesight.
Dr. Goh is awesome. She is always very kind and answers my questions thoroughly. I am writing this review because of the excellent service I received on the day of my wedding. Had a contact issue and they provided me a trial pair and resolved the problem immediately. Thank you Dr. Goh.
Great service! I got my glasses here and they were ready in 3 days. As a new glasses wearer I had no idea how glasses were supposed to fit. I had to come back two times to fit the glasses to my face. After an bad incident with another glasses retailer who completely undid all the changes to my glasses, the man at Target Optical was able to completely fix my glasses so they fit my face perfectly. He knew what he was doing and I could tell that he cared about how my glasses fit.
