This review is strictly due to the staff not wearing and improperly wearing face masks. I voiced my complaint with a team member, and left a voicemail in hopes that management would address mask wearing without my having to put them on blast with a review. I tried to visit again but I see the same issue. Hopefully you will address it now. Please do better for the community.

My first visit here and I will be a REGULAR customer. The food was absolutely delicious and wonderfully VEGAN. I got the Punany and the Southwest wrap....SPICY! Food was AMAZING! Customer service was excellent and they even gave out samples of the sides. Great people. Good food. I suggest you order ahead...but the wait was well worth it.

I want to love Tassili's Raw Reality but they keep disappointing! Food is good, price is high, service is seriously lacking. Horrible customer service. There's so much wrong with the service I'd be writing for longer than I want to because each time it's something different. So if you want food make sure you are not in any kind of hurry and that you have a couple of hours to waste. If you order online, your order won't necessarily be ready when it says it will be. They will send a text but sometimes your food has been sitting for a while before that text gets to you. I've gone in person. I've ordered online and waited for notice, I've ordered and gotten on the line. A great product but service is greatly disappointing.

Thank you Tassili's Raw for giving those of us that don't eat meat a healthy and delicious for option. This was my first visit here and I'm happy to day that I would gladly return. During these difficult times, safety is on everyone's minds. They did a great job of making sure the cafe wasn't packed. We patiently waited for about 10 minutes before going inside. There were markers on the floor, so folks would know what was a proper distance. The line flowed nicely, the food was prepared quickly and most importantly... it was delicious! My husband... who swears by meat hesitantly took a bite and said... now that's good! I would eat that! It made me smile. Thanks for all you do! Tassili’s needs to get its act together. Online system is down and not taking orders over the phone? What type of business practice is this? No food is that good that customers should tolerate a two hour wait for food. Even the best restaurants don’t behave in such a way. This is the definition of ghetto. I’ve been ordering and enduring their long wait times for SIX years. I’ve finally decided to rid myself of the abuse. There are other vegan restaurants in Metro Atlanta. Tassili’s needs to listen their customers frustrations and get it TOGETHER.
