I live in New Mexico, a couple months ago I received a letter from this address stating they were basically holding my refund hostage until I could provide a whole ton of different things. so I went to h&r block and paid a lot of money to have my taxes amended and was told to send all my paperwork to this address. that was about six weeks ago and I still have failed to reach anybody at all anywhere period. I have no idea who has my money or why, or if they received my new information that I mailed out. None of the systems acknowledge the fact that I have amended my taxes. It should be a felony for this organization to withhold such a large sum of money unwarranted and then not be able to reach anyone at any time ever.

Mrs. Walker called me one time ( it was Friday ) and said she would call the following Monday. For 4 weeks she didn’t call nor return my calls. Avoid Mrs. Walker to any price. I called her manager and of course she didn’t answer nor did she return my voicemails. You have better chance resolving your problem yourself than with these guys.

These people never answer the phone. I have called four days in a row, several times a day, and have left multiple voicemails. It doesn't matter how urgent your issue is, these people will never get back to you. Thanks for nothing.
