I found Tech Atlanta just in the nick of time to help me resolve some technical issues in my home office, that had been chronic for a short time but became accute / crisis and threatened my productivity in my business. I was able to connect to 2 eal people\ at TA very quickly, and they jumped on resolving my issues even though I was brand new and not an existing customer. Alvin came to my house and was 100% professional, courteous and knowledgeable - although he was here for some time, he was not at all intrusive and very helpful over all. I would recommend this company highly and expect to use them again!

I purchased a new computer for the office recently. I could not get it to access any of the files on my network. Tech Atlanta came in and got it working perfectly. Now I can see and access all of my stuff. They even realized that we were not backing anything up. The tech explained to me that I could lose all of my office files if the hard drive crashed, which would basically destroy my company. He setup a backup system for me and educated me on how to use it. I feel like I've found the best Computer service company in Atlanta. I'll be using them for all of my computer service needs from this point on.
