The highlight of my summer Saturdays! My dog and I wander down here for breakfast - treats from Big Daddy Biscuits for him, and whatever looks good for me. There are a few local coffee options, bread and pastries, sometimes I'll get a yummy Jamaican hand pie. It's a little small for consistent grocery shopping, so I only pick up fruits and veggies if they look good. Then I'll walk around the park while I enjoy my treats. It's a great way to spend a morning!

To lump the Green Market into the mix with suburban Farmers Markets seems unfair. For example, downtown Kennesaw had now more than a half-dozen vendors last week and even fewer patrons. Piedmont Park provides a great atmosphere, and more activities abound within the nearby area. The variety of fresh offerings and activities were fair, although the produce left some to be desired.

I like how this place is run by local farmers or stores around Atlanta to bring people closely together and make a market atmosphere. I like the fact that this is taking place at Piedmont park where energetic people come in the morning with a companion or a dog for a walk or run and have a great coffee or simple breakfast-lunch. People who come here are usually kind and lively. Most of the time, there is music that a band plays or a singer sings to make this place more pleasant. It happens from March to mid December so you should definitely check it out. Parking maybe difficult if you dont wanna pay.

Nice place. No a lot of vendors, and not for buy groceries or veggies. Three or four vendors that have vegetables, eggs, meet and cheese, but since they sell the best quality organic, locally produced items, it is very expensive, so be prepared. All the products looks perfect and all the vendors are super nice. There is great coffee, and food; nice for a brunch at the park.
