The food we had from Kosher Gourmet this past Shabbos was amazing. I requested that the chicken and sides be made gluten free and they were happy to accommodate that request. The portions were very generous and I was so excited that the dessert that was sent was gluten free too!! It was quite addictive & I’m embarrassed at how much of the cake I ate myself.

I went in this past week to get the lunch special (tacos), and they were absolutely delicious. The portion size was perfect. Hot, fresh, and super tasty. I’m excited to get back in for the next lunch special!

Today’s hot lunch special was street tacos. We decided to try. Oh Wow!!! They were incredible. The flavors , the textures , the huge portions !! We had the fried fish and the steak tacos. These tacos are the best on the East Coast. Dont miss them the next time they are offered.

I came in today, January 5, 2021, in search of Kosher chicken wings. This is one of the few places I have found that sells Kosher chicken wings. They are frozen the day that they are packed which is fine! The staff here is very unfriendly and did not even greet me when I came into the store. I was the only customer. They also didn't ask if I needed any help. It was a black guy and maybe two black women working in the store. Very disappointing!

I had the most amazing experience with Steve Gilmer and one of his suppliers, Dyna-Sea. My husband and I retired to the Savannah, GA area from NJ. While we no longer keep a strictly kosher house, we don't allow pork or shellfish in. Now I grew up in New England where my family were fish peddlers. I know what clams, scallops, shrimp, lobster and crab taste like. Dyna-Sea makes kosher fish products that taste just like \the real thing\. Once I discovered Dyna-Sea at my kosher market in NJ, and subsequently at my local supermarket, I introduced \It's NOT she crab soup\ and paella to my family. They love it. Making this long story nauseating, when we got to Savannah I could not buy the Dyna-Sea products and nothing came close! So I did 2 things. I called Dyna-Sea (which is headquartered up in NJ) and wrote to Kroger begging them to carry Dyna-Sea. When I called the Dyna-Sea HQ, the person who answered said he thought he could help. Next thing I know Steve called me and explained that he could get me what I needed until the local Kroger got its act together. Apparently, the Dyna-Sea person in NJ called Steve in GA and explained that this lady needed the products. Since Steve buys them and uses them, he offered to set me up at a future mutually convenient date when one of his employees was headed down this way to Savannah. What a Mensch!
