Best attorney in the southeast! Highly recommended and respected. There is no attorney quite like Bruce. He is very understanding and will be in your corner 100%. I know so many wonderful people that made a mistake and thanks to Bruce, they were able to have a second chance. That is something that every human being deserves. The justice system can be very corrupt and one incident followed by a sentence given by a judge can destroy you’re entire life, career, reputation, and ruin every opportunity that you may encounter in the future. Nobody is perfect and sometimes things happen completely out of your control. It’s not about being innocent or guilty. Law enforcement is different these days. Bruce is a brilliant lawyer. I have seen his work in two Federal Court Rooms where the defendant was acquitted and found \Not Guilty\. In one case the judge denied re direct questioning and there were no witnesses for the defense called. The case was won by cross examinations of the prosecutor's witnesses and Bruce's opening and closing statements. He is awesome!
Bruce Harvey is probably the best attorney in the state, possibly the country. He is direct, honest, reasonable with his clients and he is aggressive, passionate, commanding in the courtroom. He is highly respected by his peers as well as those with whom he works in the Federal and State Court Systems. He is a man of principle who has spent time behind bars for contempt when he felt his client was being treated unfairly and needed to make a statement. He shatters every stereotype you hear about attorneys and I cannot recommend him highly enough.
