Lyn and Tom are absolutely fantastic. So much knowledge between the two. They both take the time to break down everything and explain very clearly. They show so many tips and tricks that would never be in a cook book. This is the stuff that you would get from mom or grandma.

Two-day sourdough bread making course with Betsy Gonzalez (Osono Bread) Dad, before class: \I've been baking bread on and off since the 1970s\ Dad, after class: \I don't feel like I've been baking bread for all those years!\ Amazing course! My dad and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in this two-day course. We made three different kinds of loaves, all with sourdough starter. If you want to learn to make bread, couldn't recommend enough. Betsy clearly put a ton of effort into planning so that there are few lulls and we learn a ton about the theory and practice of bread baking. Thanks so much!!
This place is the real deal. Located in the oldest farmer’s market in Atlanta, run by the sweetest most passionate woman, with classes in everything from soap making to canning and bread. I’ve taken the beginner soap class, and an empanada class so far and will definitely sign up for more.
