Hello I came to look at the property 2 weeks ago to find a place for my mother. I work with an amazing agent name Candice. Candy show me a beautiful one bed room unit that I fell in love with. While there I was able to meet the assistant manager Tracy and the property manager Wesley green who are equally as amazing as Candice. This is a beautiful property with a wonderful staff truly one of Atlanta's hidden jewels.

Living here at city center have been great.the Pictures online do not lie about how they look great in person. Great level of service & cleanliness & professionalism of the building.Wesley Is the property manager here and he does a great job keeping the apartment community up to part.Tracey is the assistant manger and she is very outgoing always smiling. They will definitely make you feel like your home and there family. Candyce is the leasing agent and she is great and friendly, I enjoy living at city center great place to live ,close to shopping stores ,midtown, restaurants etc. The maintenance crew here which is Jeremy & Calvin is great i never lived in any apartment complex with on time maintenance men. You can put a work order in and they will be in the same day or the very next day!. Check out city center (current resident)!!!!!
What can I say, the management team Impressive, the maintenance team Above Reproach, the Cleanliness of the apartment complex is Outstanding! My wife and l have been here a little over two years,. This being the first apartment we’ve lived in, we really didn’t know what to expect. But from day one, we were treated so nice and respectful by Miss Candace, this was surely the start of a good relationship! We came to City Residence of Atlanta to save to buy a home, but because of how well we’ve been treated by the Maintenance and Management Team, we would have to say this has really become our home. True Story...No Lie!!! We are looking for a home, but until we find it. This is our Home!!
I've been here for 3 years going on 4, every problem or issues I've had Ms. Candyce, Ms.Tracey and Mr Wesley, has always been there to help solve and answer. Maintenance Jeremy, and Calvin I know I probably get on their nerves but they still gladly be there right away for me. I really appreciate each and everyone of them, they have made home feel like home and they are like family not just people who work in the rent office.
It was extremely surprising and appreciated when my family and I received such a warm and inviting experience here. My inquiries into other communities have been disappointing bc of poor customer service. A man named Wesley Green was really warm and kind. Thank you, I can’t even adequately express my gratitude.
