The staff at the shade store in white provisions are phenomenal!!! you can't go wrong with either designer., they work seamlessly and never leave a customer behind. Designing your space can be scary but they taker the pressure and burden off of you (homeowner) and guide you through seamlessly. There aren't enough stars for the quality and destination provided.

Frances Johnson was extremely helpful with helping me select my window treatments. She listened carefully to me and did not pressure me at all. I could tell that she genuinely wanted me to be happy with the product and her advice was excellent. She knows the products well. If I move again, I will certainly ask to work with Frances Johnson again. She is the best!

We are super excited about our shades and window treatment we received from the Shade Store. We live in a house built in 1922, with odd size windows and French doors. The personal service we received from Yonda at the Howell Mill Location in ATL was spot on. She spent many hours in person and on the phone making sure we were happy. Our purchase started a day before the shut down in ATL. in March. Today it is the end of June. She did everything she could to make this purchase of 24 windows and doors perfect. The Shade Store is lucky to have such a dedicated and knowledgeable person. Thank you again Vonda for such excellent custom service.

Georgette not only has a sparkling personality BUT she was amazing, patient, and had a master eye for design picking out window coverings for the entire house - 24 windows and 6 doors! We could have never have done it without her! Georgette looked at paint samples and was able to expertly guide us to the right hue and light filtering shade. Great job!
