CALL FOR THE FIRST TIME A WEEK AGO INQUIRING ABOUT A CASE.. RECEPTIONIST THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE IDENTIFIED HERSELF AS CONSTANCE, EXTREMELY RUDE YELLING AND SCREAMING HAVE NO EARTHLY IDEA WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PERSON!! SHOULD NOT BE IN THE FIELD SHE'S IN..
