I have been using UPS for a lot of business deliveries this year. Since I had hiccups with my pickup, I visited the store. The lady here was very rude and unfriendly. When I requested for a packing & shipping service, she refused to send multiple items together. I have been doing this and this is the first time I am hearing such things. She refused to even give a price quote saying if I don’t use the service it will be waste of her time. Actually it was waste of my time to go there and stand as a customer and then witness her rudeness. Thanks to her, 100 shipping went to USPS.

I have lived in the area for 10 years, started going to this store recently and very often as I have been doing more business, and my physical therapist is next door. Misty is one of the employees there. She is outstanding, she represents UPS in the most professional, knowledgeable and kind way, every time, no matter how busy this store is. Misty is assertive, attentive and doesn’t miss a thing, I notice how she always has a smile on her face and a kind word for every customer, you DONT see that everywhere now days! I appreciate customer service like such, I appreciate a UPS store where I can handle my business in a quick and organize manner, Misty is a huge part of why this can happen at this store, of course you need a good tema to achieve this, Yare, one of the the other employees there has been attentive, helpful and kind as well, in general the personnel at this UPS store is top notch! Kudos to the recruiter that got them, definitely know what he/she was doing. I really appreciate having a UPS store with high quality people and outstanding customer service.
UPS Corporate, Gemalto (fingerprinting) and the owner/manager of this location need to sit down and have a look at what is happening at this location. I am currently on hold after calling this location multiple times today. I had to deal with the most incompetent and unprofessional behavior and service. Hopefully, your calls are recorded for customer service. If so, i called at 10:11am, 2:28pm, 4:26pm, 4:42pm and 4:44pm today (10/06/2020). You can hear the behavior of people you are paying to serve your customers for yourself. Unbelievable!
Staff is great.clean place.and plus .they pay attention and patient.
